These terms govern your access to and use of Emploire. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Emploire.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you create or join.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access data you are not authorized to, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using Emploire to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

3. Organizations and roles

Organization owners and admins control membership, roles, and data within their organization. You are responsible for how your organization uses Emploire and for the data it stores.

4. Billing

Your first 5 members are free. Paid plans are billed yearly based on member capacity, at the rates shown on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Termination

You may stop using Emploire at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.

6. Disclaimer

Emploire is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emploire and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Emploire after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
