We also collect basic technical data like log and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to provide and improve Emploire: authenticating you, running your organizations, sending transactional and reminder emails, processing payments, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in securely. It is set with secure and same-site protections and is essential to the service. We do not use it to track you across other websites.

4. Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run Emploire, under their own security and privacy terms.

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — sending transactional and reminder emails
• Razorpay — processing subscription payments

5. Data storage and security

Your data is protected by role-based access and row-level security, so members only access data they are entitled to. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account or organization is active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data as described below.
